A mixture specially designed for cold iron and for galvanizing steel surfaces; can be used for damaged zinc, steel parts, bodywork, fences, metal buildings and for the repair of heavy industry. This primer forms a strong, resistant corrosion protective shiny iron and steel surface coating, giving it appearance of newly galvanized material.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Applies to all Soppec Colors galvanizing compounds:

• Shake well before use. Remove paint and rust residue with a wire brush or sander. The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. If using the product outdoors, remove on the surface moss or algae present. Protect the surrounding objects.

• Spray at a distance of 25 cm from the surface.

• Apply several thin layers.

• For multiple coats, wait approx. 20 minutes.

PROPERTIES

• Very good adhesion, excellent surface being prepared for painting

• Resistant to chemicals

• Resistance to sea bream: up to 250°C

• Drying (dust resistance): 10-15 min.

• Drying (safe to touch): 20-30 min.

• For multiple coats, wait 24 hours (Data provided for information only, actual duration will depend on temperature, paint layer thickness, humidity, etc.)
