Soppec Colors Rust Stabilizer is a two-in-one product that stabilizes rust and acts as a primer. Ideal for machinery, vehicles or other metal products - fences, chassis, etc. damaged by rust to restore the paint layer. Due to its deep penetration, it creates a high-quality protective film, yes ensuring effective and long-lasting processing.

• Operating temperature: max. 80°C, height 150°C

• Drying time (dust resistance): avg. 30 minutes

• When applying multiple layers, wait 5 hours (Data provided for information only, actual duration will depend on temperature, paint layer thickness, humidity, etc.)

• Vapor pressure at 20°C: 4 bar • pH: 4 - 4.5

• Spray flow: 0.8 g/s

SPECIFICATIONS

Binders: polyvinyl butyrol, resins and solvents mixture without heavy metals and mineral acids

Color: clear brown liquid, dried on the metal turns dark blue/black

Propellant: dimethyl ether.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Shake well before use.

• Remove with a metal brush or sander paint and rust residues. The surface must be clean, dry and fat-free. If you use the product outdoors, remove the moss on the surface or algae. Protect those around you things.

• Spray at a distance of 25 cm from the surface.

• Apply several thin layers (+/- 4 layers).

• Apply several layers before painting wait avt. 20 minutes.

• When the final layer is completely dry, it is recommended to sand the surface in order to improve adhesion.
